What is paid and when
1. When you enrol (July or September)
A. Enrolment
This is paid in just one payment, by card or bank transfer
B. Initial tuition fee
This is equivalent to two monthly instalments, plus the payment for the year’s university fees. This is also paid in a single payment, with the same payment methods as for enrolment.
2. Monthly instalment (from November to June)
Eight monthly instalments, from November to June. In November and December, the tuition fee is charged during the second two weeks of the month to the current account indicated by the student during the enrolment process. From January to June, it is charged during the first two weeks of each month.

In detail
Payment methods
Enrolment is paid by card (using the online POS included in the enrolment form) or by bank transfer or depositing the money at the bank. You have the same payment options for paying the initial tuition fee. The monthly instalments will be charged to the account number you indicated during the enrolment process. Do you need to change it? You just have to request the change at [email protected]
Financing through SeQura
You can also postpone and finance the cost of enrolment and tuition fees by the split payment loan-based product from SeQura, the leading agency for deferred-payment services for e-commerce, which is processed flexibly (online and by mobile phone) with repayment by credit card.
You can apply for this service through the financing application form. The person who will be paying the tuition fees receives, on their personal phone, a text message (SMS) with the link and the details of the loan offer.
University fees
The university fees include Academic Insurance, Opening and Maintenance of your Academic Record and University Card: 116€. These fees are paid together with the initial tuition fee.
Admission application fee
Only for first-year students: 62 €. These are paid from February, upon submitting their application for admission
Time limits
Students at University College Alberta Giménez pay for enrolment in a single payment. During the enrolment period, they also make the payment for the initial tuition fee, which includes the university fees for the year. The rest of the tuition fees will be paid on a monthly basis, in eight instalments from November to June (for other payment formulas – quarterly, six-monthly or annually –please contact Administration).
Prices of the Diploma in Skills
The calculation of the cost for enrolment and tuition per credit in the Diploma in Personal, Communicative and Professional Skills is very simple: this is 50% of the price of the degree’s credit.
